Suttavda Foundation – Guided Online and Physical Retreats, Meditations, Dhamma and Metta

Suttavāda Foundation

Dear fellow travelers in the Dhamma.

We hope you are doing well.

We are happy to inform you that we arranged for some Questions & Answers sessions and a Dhamma talk with Dhammācariya Sobhana / Delson Armstrong for the coming months. Over the past period we have received numerous requests from people with questions about their practice, which they would like to ask him. Although we cannot provide individual sessions outside of retreat settings, since he is very busy, we believe these sessions will be beneficial for many people.

Physical and Online Retreats

Dhammācariya is visiting India this year, for a number of retreats in September and October. For more information see here

We are currently planning physical retreats for 2023. We are looking into possibilities for retreats in Indonesia, Malaysia, California in the US, and multiple retreats in Europe. Stay tuned!

For this year, we will soon announce online retreats, with Syl and Dhammācariya as guides.

We will soon open registrations for 2 online retreats with Dhammācariya at the end of this year.

Stay Tuned!

Dāna

You’re invited to practice your generosity and make a donation on our Dāna page. We’d like to highlight that Dhammācariya lives by the dhamma and fully relies on dāna for his livelihood. Any contribution (one-time or recurring) is highly appreciated ????- Sādhu, Sādhu, Sādhu!

Opportunities to meet fellow meditators and teachers

You can join Dhamma talks through Zoom, and ask questions afterwards.

There are weekly group meditation sessions on Zoom, please check here for more info. We also recorded some guided meditations and there are guest speakers and sutta discussions on our sister YouTube channel called the TWIM Meditators Support Group.

There is a group on the web which has been around for many years. Here, practioners, teachers, and monastics discuss the practice and the dhamma.

There is also a support group on Telegram, where the basics of the meditation practice, as well as suttas, are discussed in an informal way. This group is not publicly listed. Contact Syl on Telegram at @Syl_6R and she will give you a link to join.
