About
We are planning to host three days of full-time virtual retreat series in 2023! Please check the schedule below.
It will be led by a certified guide. These retreats are designed to prepare you for full residential or online retreats. All levels of meditators are welcome here. You don’t need to register; please email khin@suttavada.foundation if you want to join. We will send you the details for participating.

This is a virtual event. We meditate on Zoom. You can meditate at a quiet place from your home or your choice of accommodation. Turning the camera “ON” during sitting meditation sessions on Zoom is highly recommended.

Simple rules for the retreat
The minimum of taking 6 Precepts is required.
If you want to do 8 precepts, that would be wonderful. In case, you break a precept by accident, please retake it again.

You can start your day with a guided meditation. I recommend TWIM instruction with GM by David Johnson.
Please ensure to mute yourself on Zoom. This is a Global group and we all have a different schedules.

We are all together at the Dhamma talks & Q&A time. We’ll listen to pre-taped Dhamma talks by Delson. After that, we can discuss or I will answer some of your questions if you have any.
Therefore, please make an effort to come to the time for the Dhamma talks.

If you are comfortable with this, please turn on the camera while you are sitting, so we can see each other and get inspiration from each other. You can turn the camera off when you go for walking meditation or doing personal activities.
Please limit your phone use. If you can, put it away for 3 days.
Smile and have fun. We are happily taking a break from our daily lives for just 3 days.
