It will be led by a certified guide. These retreats are designed to prepare you for full residential or online retreats. All levels of meditators are welcome here. You don’t need to register, please email khin@suttavada.foundation if you want to join. And will send you the joining info.
Format
This is a virtual event. We meditate on Zoom. You can meditate at a quiet place from your home or your choice of accommodation. Turning the camera “ON” during sitting meditation sessions on Zoom is highly recommended.
Daily Schedule
8:00 – 8:10 AM: Taking three refuges, 5 or 8 precepts, and reading the Dhammapada verses
8:10 – 11:00 AM: Sitting and walking meditation time
11:00 – 1:00 PM: Break for lunch and personal activities
1:00 – 6:00 PM: Sitting and walking meditation time
6:00 – 6:30 PM: Teatime
6:30 – 8:30 PM: Dhamma Talk Videos by Bhante or Delson or Drew
8:30 – 9:30 PM: Dhamma discussion and Group QA
