Type: You will receive two videos (10-15 minutes each) daily, watch at your convenience
Recommended Minimum Time: 1 hour daily first 6 days, afterwards extended with minimum 30 minutes a day meditation

Mind without Craving 10-day online retreat with interviews and live QA
Experience: Module 1 Freedom of Mind completed or minimum 1 year experience with TWIM or similar practice required
Type: daily dhamma talks (Youtube), reading reflections
Teacher Interaction: 15 min Interviews and 3 guided group meditation sessions each followed by one-hour groups QA
Recommended Minimum Time: 4 hours daily formal meditation, plus approx. 2 hours for dhamma talks, reading and interviews/QA.
Availability and Schedule: scheduled once monthly, max 10 participants. Alternating time zone friendly for Europe/Asia and North America/Asia
