10-day online retreat with Delson March 2023

Online activities start at 06:00 (for North America/Asia) and 14:00 (for Amsterdam) and 18:30 for Mumbai/India Time

The participants of the online retreated will be instructed and guided in the practice of Right Effort (effective application). This method taught by the Buddha can be traced back to the original Buddhist texts. The retreat is designed to be deeply insightful, exploring the path shown by the Buddha, so you can apply the teaching directly to your life and create a joyful journey.

This method is valuable for beginning students or advanced meditators seeking to cultivate greater wisdom and insight.

We especially like to welcome beginners with the TWIM practice to apply.

General Information:

• Participating in the online retreat is a full-time practice. We strongly encourage dedication, self-discipline and effective choice in your practice and restrict non-necessary social contact and other activities. We recommend setting aside a minimum of six hours each day for your meditation, in addition to attending the dhamma talk and interview with the teacher.
• Note: US has Daylight Saving Time as per March 12. Europe will only transition per March 26
