A self-guided 10 Day Online Retreat

A 10 day online retreat, whereby you can use all available material for a self-guided retreat. You will use the method as taught by the Buddha which can be traced back in the earliest Buddhist texts. The retreat is designed to be deeply insightful, exploring the path as shown by the Buddha, so you can apply the teaching directly to your life and create a joyful journey.

Both beginners and advanced meditators are welcome to register and start or continue their journey on the path.

General Information:

  • The online retreat is designed for you to be able to practice alongside your normal daily living. We encourage dedication, self discipline and effective choice in your practice. We recommend setting aside at minimum four hours each day for your meditation, sutta reading and reading reflection, and watching the dhamma talk.
  • Each day, there will be a theme for reflection (Four Noble Truths, Seven Factors of Awakening, Eightfold Path, Dependent Origination). The suttas, supporting notes and dhamma talk video will be provided for you to go through in your own time.
  • Optionally you can watch daily 30 mins Q&A group sessions from earlier online guided retreats.
  • If you have any un-answered questions, you can contact us, and we will reply on best effort basis.

Please find details on the 10-day online retreat here.

Note – You can register and start your retreat every week (for practical reasons we opted to have it start on Mondays, but you are welcome to start the most convenient day of the week for you.

“The Dhamma is for free. At all times. For everybody. The Suttavāda Foundation is entirely committed to this. Delson is dedicating his life to the Dhamma. He is either teaching retreats online or physically or he is sharing his profound understanding of the path somewhere on the globe. Delson lives by the Dhamma, he does not ask for money. But of course, some things need to be provided for him to live: Food, shelter, clothing. Same as monks. Please help us in supporting him and take this  incomparable opportunity to practice a very special kind of generosity and goodness. We are deeply and forever grateful to your magnanimous hearts. Sādhu Sādhu Sādhu.
